2013 was a big year for me. I had some huge wins and some losses. Before going into a new year it’s always good to look back and see what went well and what didn’t work out the way you thought.
As James mentioned in his first annual review, the look back on teh year isn’t just a matter of reflection it’s a part of our transition into the new year.
What do I want the new year to look like? How do I wnat to feel? What do I want to accomplish?
Answering these questions are all important but to understand where I’m about to go and what that vision looks like I get to reflect on what worked and what didn’t this year.
I’m goign to follow the method James described and answer 3 questions (feel free to use these for your own annual review questions if you want).
